New Timeflex album "ZVCHARY 2" dropped everywhere on September 13th, 2024.
One year after the release of the first installment in the series, Timeflex is back, once again blending Hip-hop w/ Reggaeton, Electronic & Pop, this further proves Timeflex's dedication to musical diversity.
Featuring 9 songs previously released as singles plus 11 new tracks never heard before.
Bringing back Jgriff for 2 new summer bangers was a must, according the Timeflex. “Jgriff's silky smooth vocals effortlessly compliment any song I'm putting together. Adding Alex Catrambone into the mix was an added treat! I've never worked with him on a song before but it came out great! And for the ‘Alone Inside’ track, I went down to Pennsylvania and we made that track in person! We also worked on a song for his album as well. Everything worked out the way it should!"
“Influences for this album were artists like Collie Buddz, Mac Miller, Kid Cudi and really just listening to the previous ‘ZVCHARY’ album.. plus some random moombahton & hip-hop music. I really just wanted to create something similar to the first project yet dive-deeper into the more personal side of myself.”
“Recreating my track “Pour Me Another”, which was remixed by myself, was a big thing for me. I really loved that original track but I wanted to bring it back in a new way and hopefully inspire people to go back and listen to the first version. Shout out to OverScore for his production and vision for the “Livin' Easy Remix' as well. I thought that came out unique and is a stand out track on the album for sure. He also produced “Better Me” & “What We Could've Been.” Other than a few people from my team, the rest is really just me. That's how I like to keep it these days. I am down for collabs, but I rarely work with others who I don't know. It just feels more natural & authentic to me that way."
In his outro track titled "Dedication", Timeflex sums up the feelings he had while creating this album and also gives a message to his younger self as well as friends, family & fans in the event that anything ever happens to him. If you could describe 'ZVCHARY 2' with one word, it would have to be 'passionate'. Timeflex proves once again that he can push his limits lyrically and sonically yet still keep a message while cohesively packaging it all together under one album title. This is ZVCHARY 2.
Album fully written, recorded, produced, mixed & mastered by Timeflex. Cover art created by Jgriff of Chromatrix.
Additional mixing by Jgriff, OverScore & Alex Catrambone.
